June 17, 2017 marks the 13th annual International Surfing Day (ISD). Each year celebrations take place across the globe in more than 30 countries featuring surf contests, barbecues, film screenings and other surf-related activities. In addition to celebrating the sport and lifestyle of surfing, participants also give back to our ocean, waves and beaches by organizing beach cleanups, habitat restoration and other acts promoting coastal protection. We will be holding the 3nd edition of the Big Milly's Surfing cup on the 17th and 18th of June. Last year was a big success with surfers competing from all over the globe. This year we plan to make it bigger and better, with lots more action in the sea, beach and around Kokrobite. The contest will host a mens, junior and ladies surfing event and is open to everyone.
