HRTECH West Africa 2023

The Mass exodus of vibrant young African professionals has become the new trend in West Africa, leaving the sub-African region with the loss of top notched talents and professionals and less promise of a better future. A new survey of more than 4,500 young people in Africa, aged 18-24, has found that 90% of them want to leave now while 52% of them are likely to consider emigrating in the next few years. If this brain drain menace is not stemmed now, West Africa might become the nation of dead brains soon.
