Amma Benneh-Amponsah is the Human Resources Executive for MTN Ghana. Her generalist HR experience and strategic focus have shaped MTN Ghana's talent resourcing, management, development, and workplace culture.
Amma holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Ghana, a Master of Business Administration from Coventry University and a post-graduate qualification in Strategic Management from the Columbia Executive Education program and a member of the Society of Human Resource Management(SHRM).
Her passion for creating people-centered workplaces and ensuring employees are enterprise contributors has earned MTN Ghana its prestigious Investors in People(IIP) accreditation including a global gold recognition, recognition as the best organization in HR best practices in Ghana consecutively and a company culture that exceeds Ghana, West Africa and Global high performing organization norms in consecutive independent Willis Towers Watson assessments.
Amma lends her expertise to Boards both in the ICT and Non ICT sector as well as chairs sub-committees of boards in Non HR disciplines.
She has spoken on HR platforms about best HR practices and the future of work both locally and internationally.
Amma has been awarded the HR practitioner of the year and HR personality of the year by two independent bodies in Ghana. In December 2019 she was adjudged the best HR Leader within MTN Group by a peer vote of Executives within the MTN Group of Companies in Africa and the Middle East.
Under her leadership, MTN Ghana has been recognized and awarded in the HR field both at the national and international levels.

Francis Eduku is a Chartered Human Resources professional with over 20 years’ experience in managing people in the gold mining industry. As the Vice President and Head of HR at Gold Fields West Africa, Francis leads people strategy development and facilitates its execution to ensure a highly productive and engaged workforce for the realization of business objectives.
Francis started his career as an HR officer in the gold mining industry. He spent 14 years at Golden Star Resources and rose through the ranks to become the HR Manager. He joined Gold Fields in 2014 as HR Manager Operations and was promoted to Vice President and Head of HR after two years.
Francis is driven by innovative approaches to dealing with people and organizational challenges and has a strong passion for employee well-being and learning and development. Guided by his extensive knowledge and understanding of the gold mining industry, Francis applies creative models to connect people to business strategies.
Francis is a PhD candidate in Business Management, Capella University, USA. His dissertation focuses on employee engagement in the gold mining industry in Ghana. He also holds an MBA in HR and BSc in Management Studies from the University of Cape Coast. He is an alumnus of Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, UK and a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), UK.

Austin Gamey is the Founder and President of Gamey and Gamey Group, and an affiliate of PULSE Institute, Calgary, Canada and the University of Virgin Islands, USA, and Work Meter on the Continent of Africa on how to increase and measure productivity. He possesses several years of consultancy and training experience gained from work activities, training, research and benchmarking programs in Ghana, U.S.A., Switzerland, Italy, Japan, Canada, Denmark, and Norway.
After working with the government as a Deputy Minister for Employment and Social Welfare (1995-2001) and Member of Parliament for 1992-2001; he founded Gamey and Gamey Academy of Mediation, now Gamey and Gamey Group and which includes ADR Daily an online news portal and Gamey and Co. ADR Centre since 2002 and Austin continues to share responsibility for day-to-day operations with other staff members.

He also had training in Professional Mediation and Interest-Based Bargaining with FMCS, Washington. Austin obtained a Certificate in Preventive Mediation with Mediation Training Institute International, Kansas City, USA. He is a Certified PULSE Professional and Consultant in ADR processes, and a Labour and HRM Consultant.

A passionate and multi-tasking business professional with over a decade of experience in HR Akwelley A. Bulley-Kwakyi is a strategic and practical thinker with great business acumen. Passionate about putting people first in any endeavor Akwelley is keen about helping organizations achieve business results by driving organizational culture and ensuring employees are engaged with the organization. A member of the CIPD, a Certified Test User (Ability Tests, British Psychological Society) and a Certified Coach, she is a strategic and practical thinker and has pioneered programs of attracting, developing and retention of quality people to enhance growth and profitability.
Currently, the Director of Human resources at Universal Merchant Bank she is responsible for the development and execution of HR strategy in support of the organizational plan and strategic direction of the business. She maintains oversight responsibility for talent management, succession planning, retention, organizational change, learning and development and employee relations. Prior to joining UMB she worked as the Human Capital Executive and Executive Head Human Resources at Agricultural Bank where she was responsible for overseeing directing the provision of professional and comprehensive human resource support to the Bank. She has also successfully held previous roles as Head of HR and Employee Relations Manager for Cadbury Ghana Limited, HR Manager for Holiday Inn Accra Airport and Head of HR for Millicom Ghana (Tigo).
Akwelley holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Ghana and an MA in Employment Studies and Human Resource Management from the London Metropolitan University where she was the recipient of the Barclays Bank MA Award for her graduating class
