More and more companies are adapting to the ever-changing workplace to stay ahead and stay relevant as Human Resource (HR) professionals continue their strategic approach to lead and transform organizations. As leaders of workplace transformation, HR remains flexible, strategic and dedicated to finding new ways working improves return on investment for employees and the organization as a whole, whether through leadership, culture, engagement, agility, inclusion, dispute management, and/or the latest digital trends.
The HR Professionals Brunch launched in 2019 to bring something different and vibrant to the Human Resource space in Ghana. A platform for HR leaders from various industries and sectors to come together to further establish relationships, share knowledge and exchange ideas.
