6.30am; Depart Nairobi for Nyanduma Forest
8.00am: Arrive at Nyanduma and start the hike soon after
10.00am: Arrive at Nyanduma Dam and enjoy a swim here
12.30pm: Arrive at Nyanduma Falls
3.00pm: Finish the hike and enjoy hot lunch
4.00pm: Depart Nyanduma for Nairobi expected in Nairobi at 6pm

What to wear and items to carry;
Comfortable running shoes or waterproof hiking boots preferred
Hiking or gym pants (avoid jeans)
Polyester T-shirt (like the football jerseys) carry an extra one to change after the hike
