5.30am Depart Nairobi for Kieni expected to arrive by 8.00 am to start the hike at 8.15am
12.30pm Enjoy your packed lunch or snacks at the falls as you view the scenic surroundings
4.30 pm Leave Kieni for Nairobi expecting to arrive at 6.30pm
What to wear and items to carry;
Comfortable running shoes or hiking boots
Hiking/gym pants (avoid jeans)
