Hells Gate Rock Climbing is part of the continuing Batian Preps. Batian Peak is Mount Kenya's highest peak standing at an impressive 5199m asl.

We shall have a follow-up learning experience, and those already experienced in the art will have a chance to enjoy a day out on the granite walls as they also mentor the ones joining. They will also have their tailored routes to challenge themselves and push the limits.

Whether you're a novice eager to learn or an experienced climber ready for a new challenge, the Hells Gate Rock Climbing day promises an unforgettable adventure. Join us every fortnight for more climbing opportunities, and let's rock on in the wild terrain of Hells Gate National Park!

Itinerary:
6.00am Leave Nairobi for Hells Gate National Park expected there at 8.00am
8.00am Get a briefing at Fischers Tower
8.30am Introduction to Climbing and climbing equipments
9.30am -4.30pm Climbing with a break for lunch in between
5.00pm Leave Hells Gate for Nairobi expected at 8.00pm

What to wear and items to carry:
- Comfortable running shoes/gym preferred
- Hiking/gym/shorts/pants (avoid jeans)
- Polyester T-shirt (like the football jerseys) carry an extra one to change after the climb
- Sunglasses
- Hat/cap
- Camera
- Binoculars
- Drinking water (3litres)
- Sunscreen (Arimis ok) and Insect repellant
- Heavy snack or picnic Lunch
- Energy Bars
- Poncho or a light Rain Jacket
- Avoid unnecessary Items

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled trip departure, 50% of the fee will be charged.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled trip departure, no refund fees will be provided.
No shows are responsible for 100% of trip fees.
