"Hike Up" in Akuapem-Larteh of Eastern Region on 20/4/2024 will provide an exciting and memorable hiking experience for all participants, promoting physical activity, connection with nature, and fostering a sense of community.

1. The Buses will stop at Accra Mall and Madina @ 6:00 AM and 6:30 AM respectively.
2. The GHS 150. 00 covers; Lunch, Transport, Coconut, Pool.
3. You will have to either take breakfast before coming or carry your breakfast along.
4. There will be first Aid available, no need to bring one.

Things you will need.
1. Water bottle
2. Backpack OR Fanny Pack
3. Snacks - preferably; Nuts and chips.
