Speakers’ Focus
Caleb Kudah is a broadcast journalist with Citifm/Cititv and shall be speaking on the existence of an empathetic leadership deficit in our political leadership - we continue to witness a disproportionate blend of leaders with intellect & leaders with empathy at the core of our social economic transformation. Why?

Marian Ofori Tsumasi is 34yr old agripreneur that established, owns & professionally manages a 250 acre oil palm plantation in the Western North Region. She shall share insights on opportunities within the oil palm value chain and how to take advantage of them through the lenses of her experience building her million dollar oil palm plantation

James Gardiner is an award-winning Ghanaian actor, entrepreneur, and philanthropist whose journey in Ghana's movie industry has helped him form some unique perspectives on the role of art in preserving history. Ever wondered why there aren't movies on Kwame Nkrumah, Azumah Nelson, J.J. Rawlings,  Yaa Asantewaa, Agorkoli, Abedi Pele, The Ashanti Dynasty and many more that speak to Ghana's unique history? Across the world, Europeans, Americans, Asians are all preserving their history through movies, so why aren't we? James will share insights why this is not being done, and how we can begin to tell these authentic Ghanaian stories through movies.

Nana Baidoo is an agribusiness consultant and has helped corporate organizations, mostly Agribusinesses to secure over $32m funding to grow and scale their agribusiness entreprises. He shall be sharing insights powered through experience as an investment banker and current role as head of operations at esoko, Ghana’s leading agricultural digital service provider on the business sweetspots across Ghana’s agricultural crop production ecosystem with a focused look into the market pricing, capital intensiveness, profitability and business myth dynamics of his top 5 most preferred crops for Agribusiness

VLK, a Royal and an entrepreneur, would be speaking on venture capital & rural development; and how the investment firm, Voltacoast, he co-founded plans to build the Keta district.

Kojo Bucknor is CEO of award winning premium spirit brand Aphro. Kojo shall sharing some insights on a the bottom up approach to building business ecosystems in what he’s coined as the y3ny3 (let’s do it) concept.
