NEELANDS is a renowned author. He has paid his dues to becoming highly 
successful. However, he can not seem to find fulfilment in his job. He is 
depressed and feels all too dejected. As such, he attempts suicide. 
However, this does not go through, and as such, his failure has caused the 
courts to take on the matter, reencountering the debate of whether suicide 
should be criminalized to deter the public or decriminalized to parch the 
roads of mental health advocacy.
