The Workshop is aimed at bringing together key Business Regulatory Compliance Agencies in Ghana to explain the steps in registering business with their respective agencies, process for accessing incentives, benefits and renewal as well as other key services offered by each Agency.
The Forum is structured as a “How to” event, where key Regulatory Agencies involved in the business regulatory environment in the country will share with participants in detail how to get their business registered and stay compliant.
The objectives of the program are given below;
- Make compliance easy and understandable for businesses
- Create a platform where Regulatory and Compliance Agencies can educate businesses on registration procedures, common mistakes businesses make on their applications that causes processing delays, changes in requirements for processing applications and registration cost among others.
- Create synergies and networking among businesses and Regulatory Compliance Agencies, thereby alleviating bottlenecks and improving the ease of doing business.
Regulatory Compliance Agencies speaking at the event are Registrar General’s Department, Ghana Revenue Authority, Ghana Investment Promotion Centre, Ghana Free Zones Authority, Ghana Immigration Service, and Environmental Protection Authority, Food and Drug Authority.
