The Ghana Hubs Network (GHN) Annual Gathering (AG) is an opportunity for key stakeholders in Ghana’s entrepreneurship ecosystem to meet, network and build professional relationships that will enable the GHN to operate more effectively.
Stakeholders include: government agencies, entrepreneurs, corporate institutions, investors, academia and developmental partners.
This year, 2019 will be the second annual gathering, after the first gathering, which took place at Tang Palace, Accra on the 5 & 6 October 2018.
The second edition has been arranged with the following details:
Theme: “Building a model entrepreneurship ecosystem, the role of ESOs”
The 2-day event will feature panel discussions, keynote addresses, workshops, exhibitions, networking sessions, general assembly meeting of member hubs and elections.
Objectives
1. Build a stronger network: General Assembly meeting to discuss issues concerning the network, ascent to the constitution, structure of network and elect new executives.
2. Promote the network: Showcase the network’s activities over the last year.
3. Promote the startup ecosystem: Provide a platform to promote works of member hubs and their startups.
4. Influence policy: Get buy in of the network members for the Entrepreneurship Bill/Act
5.Deliver consistency: work towards a set of standard measures/data points that will enable the GHN to monitor and assess its impact across the nation.
