The 3rd Ghana Carnival 2016 will begin with a float & Parade from the Mantse Abgonaa at 12 noon right through key principal street of Accra to the Independence Square where there will be Jamboree. 2 & 3 July will be a Beach party at the La Pleasure Beach.
