From 15 to 23 May 2015, Nairobi will be the venue of a “German Week”. The purpose of the German Week is to present Germany to Kenyans and to the international community. A particular focus will be on German culture as well as activities of German organisations in the close partnership between Germany and Kenya. Thereby, the German Week intends to intensify the exchange between both our countries. Events during the German Week are diverse to represent the whole spectrum of Germany in Kenya. They include amongst others music concerts, exhibitions, sport tournaments, films, German food and the already famous German Cultural Festival. The German Week is organised the German Embassy Nairobi, German cultural organisations, political foundations, business representatives and other relevant institutions.
