This workshop, is a unique platform designed to empower unsigned and underground music artists in Ghana, from 2025 and beyond. This event will unveil industry secrets and tools often kept out of reach, providing artists with the knowledge and strategies to navigate the music business/delivery/presentation process effectively, to grow their careers and reach their full potential.

Workshop Facilitators:
Russell-Asante J. (Accra) - Retired Professional gov. of Ghana Accountant. Now a brand communications & strategy expert, filmmaker/designer for multiple brands in and outside Accra. He Discovered & Managed RJZ from 2011/12 to 2019 and 2022-23. He served as financial advisor & management member of La Meme Gang when they first launched. He currently runs his own agency called "FLD", which means "Fine Like Dat".

Pharez Aouad (Video Call - LONDON) - Art Director, Visual Designer & Photographer. Worked with legend M3nsa, Bryte, Amaarae, Tic Tac, Edem, etc etc. Ghana born, London based - www.pharezaouad.com
