The 11th edition of Ghana's flagship business conference, Festival of Ideas 2017 is scheduled to take place on Thursday, 17th August, 2017 at Labadi Beach Hotel in Accra under the broad theme of “SUCCESSION PLANNING.” As usual, there are two events on the day each with a sub-theme targeting two specific brackets of attendees: 1. The Executive Coaching Session, targeted at middle managers, emerging leaders and prospective CEOs will have 4 plenary presentations, 12 breakout coaching sessions focusing on special needs and a networking lunch to close. Under the sub-theme Grooming the Next CEOs, it will bring together participants of last year’s edition and new entrants from different industries for the second in the Grooming-The-Next-CEOs series.
