8 DAYS ROAD TRIP TO RWANDA AND BEACH PARTY NEW YEARS EVE. 44,000/= pp sharing DAY 1 25TH DEC 2015 Meeting at 4.45AM, at International Life House or Hilton Hotel Bata Shop and ready for departure at 5:15Am to start our 8 days Rwanda trip on an overland. We shall have several introductions and to know who we are as we have a word of prayer. We shall not have any stopover until Eldoret town where we shall have a break of 30 Min to do our shopping and lunch break then drive straight to Malaba/Busia Border for check-ins to Uganda. We shall require producing our Passport (Permanent / Temporary Passport) and ID cards for clearance. We shall have a 45min- 60min break for clearance. We then drive straight to our camp site (Nile High Camp Site) Jinja town in Uganda where we shall spend our next two night. This day we shall not undertake any activity just to relax and refresh as prepare for day two activities. DAY 2 26TH DEC 2015 We will wake up at 7-8Am morning, take our breakfast and get ready for today’s activities. These include: • Water rafting • Bangee jumping • Jet boat riding Horse Riding Quad Bikes riding Later in the afternoon, you shall get your lunch break ready prepared and later after one hour resume to your day activities. In the evening we shall have our dinner and refreshments as we have some entertainment and drinks too. We shall spend our night at the camp site. (Activities expenses are on own budget) DAY 3 27th Dec 2015 On this third day, we shall wake up at 5:00 Am take our breakfast and pack our tents and items/belonging and get ready to depart for Kabale border of Uganda and Rwanda. On arrival we shall check in at Lake Bunyoni overland stop and lay our tents and spend the night there. In the evening we shall have our dinner and entertainment at the same place. Overnight then get ready for day four. DAY 4 28th Dec 2015 On this day, we will be lucky to experience beautiful sunrise and sunset across the lake and do some fishing and boat riding too. For those who need to go to do Gorilla trekking will have an opportunity to experience this life time nature exposure. We prepare for the next day’s activity. We will have our dinner and overnight at Lake Bunyoni overland stop. DAY 5 29th Dec 2015 We shall wake up at 6:00AM, prepare and take breakfast then depart at 7:00AM for Kigali (Capital city of Rwanda). We arrive later in the afternoon and check –in at our campsite, we shall have few activities at this place, view the genocide park, and the curious market. Today we shall not have much for the day, as we prepare for a long drive on the next day. We have our overnight and dinner at our campsite in Kigali. DAY 6 30th Dec 2015 We shall depart Kigali at 6:30am after our early breakfast at 6:00am and drive to Mwanza Tanzania. We shall stop at the border of Rwanda and Tanzania for clearance. We shall then drive to Mwanza through the thick bush and wild. We shall have our bush lunch before reaching Mwanza in the evening. Later check in at Tunza Beach on the shores of Lake Victoria. We shall have our overnight and diner here. Some entertainment and some refreshment will do for the night as we get ready for day seven activity. DAY 7 31st Dec 2015 We shall wake up at 6:00Am and take our breakfast and depart for Musoma at 7:00am using the ferry. On arrival, we shall check in at the Matvilla Beach or Tembo Beach and set our tents at the campsite. We shall our new year’s eve at the beach and we enjoy the sunset, evening and partying together as we mark the end of the trip. Much is expected to happen on this night as we welcome the New Year 2016 in style. We shall spend our night and dinner at Musoma as we prepare for day eight departure. DAY 8 1st Jan 2016 Wake up at 5:30AM take breakfast and prepare for a long drive back to Nairobi. We shall have our final talks and plans for the next overland trip. We will appreciate your cooperation and good conduct throughout the trip. End of our 8 day camping and overland road trip.
