TILO came to reality in August, 2015 and had her first enlightenment/training program at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ife in 2016. This year is another year! We want and it happening in Kebbi State. We want to use this period to enlighten our people in the north on how important it is to rally round our Leaders and always produce a better leader for us to have a better society. Never forget, in TILO, we Discover, Raise and Build leaders through the words of our mouth, for a better society.
