The Empuumo Marathon is focused on kicking AIDS/HIV out of South Western Uganda specifically Kigezi, Ankole and their neighborhood. The event includes running distances of 21km, 10km, and 5km. The theme of the event is Kick HIV/AIDS Out Of South Western Uganda by 2030.
