Made-in-Ghana Night: The Role Local Producers Play in the Economic Development of Ghana
Some of the key factors hindering Ghana’s economic development are its specialization in primary commodities and consumer preference for foreign goods. As a result, local manufacturing industries suffers and Ghana is continually dependent on imports.
At Dziffa, we believe that small businesses hold the key to Ghana’s economic transformation. We aim to connect a large consumer base (in Ghana and abroad) with Ghana’s small business manufacturers. These connections can spark the economic growth that will reduce youth unemployment and reinvigorate local economies.
Join us on Friday June 5th at iSpace for the official launch of Dziffa.com. Come out to hear the stories of entrepreneurs producing in Ghana: the fantastic products they have created, the challenges they have face everyday, and the lives that are changing as they grow their businesses.
