The two books are the first in the Africa Legacy Series.

In the series, meant in particular for the youth of Africa, the author Dr Robert Peprah-Gyamfi falls back on the insights he has gained along his extraordinary life journey, which began in a poor African village and later saw him studying to become a doctor in a prestigious German Medical School.

The core message the books seek to convey is that Africa has talents. The problem of Africa, in his view, is the mindset of the populace, which among other things, seeks to look to others for solutions to their problems instead of resorting to their God-given human and natural resources.
