By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept the following terms:
1. All Sales Are Final – Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise communicated by the event organizers.
2. Entry Requirements – A valid ticket is required for entry. JunkFestAccra is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. You may be asked to present a valid photo ID at the gate. Tickets purchased by those under 18 will unfortunately be void at entry.
3. Event Modifications – While we aim to deliver everything as planned, the event schedule, venue, or lineup may be subject to change at the organizer’s discretion, without prior notice.
4. Health & Safety – We trust that all attendees are in good health and able to enjoy the event responsibly. Participation is at your own risk. The organizers are not responsible for any personal loss, injury, or damage during the event.
5. Photography & Media – Please note that by attending, you may be photographed or filmed. These materials may be used for promotional purposes related to JunkFestAccra.
6. Community Conduct –
(i) To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone, disorderly behavior, illegal activity, harassment, discrimination, or failure to follow venue rules may lead to removal without a refund.
(ii) JunkFestAccra is a safe and inclusive space. Respect for fellow attendees is essential. Disrespecting others or violating personal boundaries will result in immediate removal without a refund.
