About Develop & Elevate (D&E)

Our journey started in 2021 when the founder of EL Empire, and the founder of Create Training Solutions, discovered their mutual passion for transforming the lives of young people through education and training. With their unique perspectives they drew on their expertise in employability and academic skills while creating fun and engaging learning experiences . Together, they formed Develop & Elevate, a groundbreaking initiative that enriches the lives of young people through skill development, interactive learning, and industry experience.

Fast-forward to 2023 and D&E has already achieved incredible success. They have designed and facilitated mentoring programs, live and virtual employability skills workshops and face-to-face educational sessions.
