European Climate Diplomacy Week Public Movie Screening and Discussion The EU Delegation, the German Embassy and the French Embassy together with the Goethe Institut invite to a public movie screening of “Demain” – the premiere in Africa! The viewing will be followed by a panel discussion on post-COP21 developments and their impact on Tanzania and its people. Demain (Tomorrow) Cyril Dion, Mélanie Laurent ; France, 2015 César award of Best Documentary Film 2016 As mankind is threatened by the collapse of the ecosystems, Cyril, Mélanie, Alexandre, Laurent, Raphäel and Antoine, all in their thirties, explore the world in search of solutions. Instead of showing all the worst that can happen, this globetrotting documentary focuses on the people who are promoting new initiatives and innovative approaches. Using the most successful experiments in every area (agriculture, energy, habitat, economy, education, democracy…) they try to put back together the puzzle which may tell a new story of the future. European Climate Diplomacy Week is an initiative by the EU and its Member States to keep up the dialogue and engage with partner countries on the issues and impacts of climate change. https://www.goethe.de/ins/ts/en/ver.cfm?fuseaction=events.detail&event_id=20822645
