This workshop is designed for New/Aspiring Entrepreneurs, Product Managers, and Startup Co-Founders building Technology-Powered Companies who want to get a deep dive introduction into how to get started with an idea or build their products. We discuss techniques from Product Discovery, Lean Startups and Agile Methodology.

We will discuss the fundamentals of the modern product manager/entrepreneur. We'll discuss how we come up with a powerful and compelling vision, how to build the first version of your product, how you can build an empowered product team and determine what they need to build in order to deliver business results. We'll also spend time on how we tackle the major risks of value, usability, feasibility and viability, and how we use both qualitative and quantitative methods to address those risks.

The workshop will be delivered personally by Julian Owusu. Julian has been a product leader for over 5 years, building teams and developing enterprise and consumer products that are still being used by 1000's of real customers everyday. Since moving to Ghana, Julian is now the CEO of Fintech startup Zuberi Pay, a payments platform built for African workers.

The course is designed to teach you everything you need to know to be a confident and competent product manager/entrepreneur for products that make a difference and real people love.

The session will be conducted at the Zuberi HQ, Spintex, Accra. From 9:00am until 12:30pm GMT, for 3 consecutive days: 5th March, 12th March, 19th March 2022. 

NOTE: Please be warned that this is designed for technology product people that are serious about building real products that will go onto the Ghanaian market as soon as possible. We will use every minute of the workshop, and your head may spin. My intention is to build people who want to solve real problems for Ghanaians and Africans in other markets.
