"Atmosphere of Ideas" is an entrepreneurial incubation programme designed to create an enabling environment for young entrepreneurs to be nurtured, mentored and trained to create thriving entrepreneurial ventures in the community.

"Atmosphere of Ideas" will be held bianually in the community to nurture youth entrepreneurship and reduce the rate of youth unemployment in the country.

The first edition dubbed " ESSENCE OF VISION IN BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT". The core objective of the programme is to help young entrepreneurs to develop entrepreneurial visions and to learn how to translate the vision to reality.
