Greetings, We are pleased to invite you to the launch of The Association of Alumni Communities in Kenya to be held on the 29th May 2017 at the Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development from 9am-12pm. The event will be graced by CS Education Dr Fred Matiang’i. A panel discussion facilitated by the Chairlady of the Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development - Dr Sara Ruto will explore the role of alumni in strengthening the Public Education Systems. This launch is organized by Future First Kenya, which is part of a global movement to support the growth of alumni networks, focusing for the first time on public schools & community schools. Our mission is to help strengthen public education systems by engaging former students as career role models, sports coaches, mentors and governors at their old schools. We want to turn schools into communities in Kenya. We hope you will be able to join us for this unique launch, as a call to actions for Kenyans to go back and give back to their former schools.
