The Alternative Pathways Project is a project with the potential to equip young offenders with capacity to break the cycle of crime and violence. It targets the vulnerable who have been caught in the cycle of crime and violence and provides them with support for rehabilitation and reintegration to overcome socio-economic hardships which accounts for why they engage in crime, violence and other negative actions that lead them to prisons.
As a transformative project, its purpose is to empower young offenders to become positive role models for their communities and society.
