Folks, the big day is around the corner: the Aisha Film Premiere, on Friday July 31, 2015 as an open air screening in Pangani historic town, near the old Boma. And not only that: a cultural program starting early in the afternoon with local artists from Pangani, music entertainment and performance of famous composer of the AISHA film song Vitalis Maembe. Producer Amil Shivji of Kijiweni production and UZIKWASA Executive Director and Executive Producer of the film Vera Pieroth and will speak. Guest of Honour will be Pangani District Commissioner Regina Chonjo. We can not wait to introduce to you cast and film crew in person at the event. The film screening will end with a spectacular ceremony to spread the word about Aisha’s story.
