ADC is a continental high school debate showpiece due from the 10th to the 15th of September 2017 in Kampala, Uganda. The championship is convened under the auspices of three Ugandan schools of Mengo SS, Gayaza High School and Watoto hope School with technical support from the Uganda Debate Society, the national debate council, the Great Debaters’ Forum and other local rhetoric and youth organisations.
