Presented by ComMattersKenya in collaboration with Goethe-Instititut, this Nairobi’s premier critical movie platform exists with the aim of screening and critiquing films, encouraging filmmakers and exploring ways of integrating motion pictures in eastern Africa with other socio-cultural and economic activities in order to come up with a sustainable movie industry. LKSff is often one of the first places where new films can be seen and young talent spotted. This particular gathering shall focus on the work of Tufilamu Pictures initiative of Nairobi.
