For the past 75years, the University of Ghana's School of Continuing and Distance Education has successfully organized the Annual New Year School and Conference (ANYSC).

The Annual New Year School and Conference is an annual forum in which issues of national interest and concern are discussed in the context of a chosen theme with sub-themes. It serves as a forum for Ministers of State, CEOs of major corporations, labor leaders, and people from all walks of life to debate issues of national importance and make policy recommendations.

The theme for this year's event is "Nurturing Resilence: Adopting Technology and Embracing Humanism for Sustainable Development".

The 75th Annual New Year School and Conference will commence on Tuesday, January 9 and ends on Thursday 11,2024.
