News: College set for 5th Scientific Conference The fifth KMTC Conference will be held between 9th and 11th May 2018, in Nairobi. The theme for the Conference is: Transformative and Research for Quality Health Care. Sub-themes will be: Health Professionals Education, Human Resource for Health, Translating Research into Practice and Health Care Technologies and Diagnostics .Other sub-themes are Public Health, Non-communicable Diseases and Disability and Physical Rehabilitation. Those interested in making presentations during the conference are asked to send an abstract of not more than 300 words to conference@kmtc.ac.ke before 9th March 2018. Early registration to participate at the Conference attracts a 20 percent discount. KMTC Conference has continued to grow since inception in 2010, with more participants expected in next year’s conference than the case in previous ones. The forth conference, which was held in 2016, attracted 286 participants, with 24 research papers, 17 of which were authored by KMTC staff.
