This is a South African ladies organised event.
The concept is that a South African lady hosts a single table of 10 ladies. She (individual host) will provide all decor, catering, beverages & equipment for her table. A round table with a white table cloth is provided with x10 chairs as a blank canvas.
The theme for this year is 'Favourite things'.

The individual hosts then co-ordinate with Hilda. Each host invites x10 of her friends to join her table. Each ticket is Ghc50 or Ghc500 for a table. Guests pay tickets or some hosts in the past have paid for the entire table. Money from ticket sales, raffle etc goes through to humanitarian causes that the SA expat community in Ghana support.

It is fun to see how each host interpretes the different theme. Plus get to catch up with a few faces you haven't seen since the last tea. This will be the 5th. This is always a highly anticipated event with tickets zapped up chop chop!
