The 1st National Conference on Environmental Education, Governance and Sustainability (NCEEGS) is an environmental conference that will bring together diverse group of young delegates with distinguished environmental experts, advocates, and leaders in the public, private, and non-profit sectors for a journey of collective exploration, reflection, and networking. The 1st NCEEGS aims to create a common space for inter-generational dialogue and knowledge sharing by exposing local, national, and Global Challenges through effective environmental education, governance and sustainability. The 1st NCEEGS is the principal component of building environmental knowledge among participants and to help create determined youth leaders. The 1st NCEEGS event will bring together 100 delegates including diverse speakers from the public and private sectors. This will be the 1st National Conference on Environmental Education, Governance and Sustainability (NCEEGS) of its kind organized by the United Nations Environmental Youth Action Initiative (UNEYAI Liberia). UNEYAI Liberia believes that this conference will draw the attention of leaders in the public, private and non-profit sectors and delegates to strive for a better environmental education in our schools, communities, small and big groups, governing and sustaining our environment through collective initiatives.
