Fleri and healthcare tech company, Axocheck are coming together this Mother's Day '21, to organize the 1st Ghana/ Nigeria Diaspora Health Drive with a goal of providing free health assessments to at least 200 mothers, daughters, grandmothers, or aunties of Africans in the diaspora, living in Ghana and Nigeria.

We are calling on all healthcare professionals with or without links to the African continent to volunteer with us by spending 1 hour of their time any day between the 21st -23rd of May '21 to run through a templated health assessment questionnaire with up to 4 women in the target group who have been pre-confirmed to receive a call.

By using our screening questionnaire, you acknowledge that it is not a diagnostic instrument, is information only, does not constitute medical or treatment advice, and is only to be used if for those 18 years or older. We will share the results with the people you provide the assessment to and they can talk to a licensed healthcare professional where they reside.
