Kofi Okyere Darko, known as KOD, is challenging political appointees to embrace humility over hierarchy. Speaking on Rainbow Radio 92.4FM, he emphasized that true leadership is about serving the people, not elevating oneself above them.

Highlighting the example of former Deputy Minister Mark Okraku Mantey, KOD warned against the common pitfall of arrogance that some leaders fall into after their appointments. He insists that those in power should remember their role is to serve the citizens who put them there, not to view themselves as lords over others.
