The Vine x R&R Wellness Run Club is back for the second edition!
Join us for our 5K Run/ Walk on Saturday, 15th November at 6:30am. Whether you’re a seasoned runner, a casual jogger, or someone who prefers a brisk walk, there’s a place for you. Our goal is simple: to celebrate wellness, fitness, and community in a fun and social way.
We’ll have three groups to choose from, each led by certified fitness instructors:
- Runners – for those who can complete the full 5K.
- Run/Walkers – for those who prefer a mix of jogging & walking.
- Walkers – for those who want to walk (with a few short bursts of guided running).
P.S: The first person to make it back to Vine after completing the 5k will win a FREE meal & a bag of R&R Skincare goodies.
Pre-run vitals checks will be provided by Nuffield Clinic followed by a group warm up. After the run, every participant is invited to recover with the R&R Wellness team and refuel by ordering from Vine's delicious breakfast menu, available right after the session.
