HOPE RESTORATION ORPHANAGE OUTREACH PROJECT (HROOP) — PHASE 3 | 2026
Date: 5 December 2026 | Location: Greater Accra Region, Ghana
About the Project
Hope and Empowerment Foundation GH LBG (HEF-GH) invites individuals, companies, foundations, faith-based organisations, humanitarian agencies and development partners to support Phase 3 of the Hope Restoration Orphanage Outreach Project (HROOP), scheduled for 5 December 2026.
HROOP is a humanitarian initiative committed to reaching 1,000 vulnerable and marginalised children across the Greater Accra Region with practical support that promotes dignity, wellbeing, educational participation and hope for a better future.
Through Phases 1 and 2, HEF-GH has reported reaching 370 beneficiaries at Potter's Village, Dodowa, and Village of Hope, Gomoa Fetteh. Phase 3 will extend the initiative to vulnerable children and care institutions in Nungua, Adenta and Teshie, subject to final implementation arrangements and beneficiary verification.

Support may be provided through financial donations, food supplies, educational materials, clothing, healthcare and hygiene products, transport assistance, building materials, volunteer services or other appropriate contributions.
Why This Matters
For children experiencing vulnerability, access to essential supplies and educational resources can help reduce immediate hardship and strengthen their opportunities to participate in learning and community life. Through HROOP, HEF-GH seeks to mobilise collective action so that vulnerable children receive practical assistance with dignity and care.
Our commitment is to document contributions, distribute support responsibly, maintain appropriate records and provide project updates to stakeholders, subject to safeguarding and privacy requirements.
