Join us for the annual Deep Learning Indaba Conference, taking place in the vibrant city of Kigali, Rwanda from August 17th to 22nd, 2025! 🌍✨
This year's theme, Urunana – Hand in Hand for AI in Africa, embodies the spirit of solidarity and cooperation. The conference will explore the crucial role of collaboration in advancing artificial intelligence across the African continent.
We are excited to partner with the University of Rwanda for this event, hosted at the Kigali Campus. While applications for financial aid have closed, we are still accepting registrations through our lottery ticket system.
Through Urunana, we aim to bridge gaps between academia and industry, established researchers and emerging talents, and traditional knowledge systems with modern AI practices. Together, we will shape a future where everyone contributes to and benefits from the digital transformation of Africa.
