In many CBA Negotiations HR managers are just told about it, they play very little role in the process. In the first of our roundtable series, we start by looking at the critical role of HR in collective bargaining agreements.
HR managers with knowledge of labor law and a firm grasp of labor-management issues have a significant role as management representatives in the collective bargaining process; come and find out what you need to do to ensure a seat and authority around the table.
