The Youth Achievers Forum Africa under it's TESF program will sponsor at least 300 youths to attend a week long free Project Monitoring and Evaluation Certificate course at ST. Lawrence University. This is aimed at equipping enthusiastic youth with the knowledge and ability to start, Manage, Monitor and Evaluate their own projects.
