This is a two days crash course prepared for entrepreneurs, jobseekers, employees, and anyone who currently works as a front line staff in any institution. The course looks at customer service in details. Participants would be introduced to the different elements of customer service, the different interpersonal skills needed for effective customer service, customer service strategies and complaints handling to mention a few.
