Ghanaian hiplife sensation Tinny, born Nii Addo Quayno, is setting the record straight about his role in supporting emerging artists. In a candid interview, he emphasized that no artist is obligated to mentor or assist others in the industry. He believes that success is achievable independently.

Tinny challenged the idea that he should help newcomers just because established artists like Samini and Sarkodie have done so. He stated, “Even me, who helped me? Nobody featured me before I could come into this industry.” While he admits to offering support voluntarily, he insists that pressure to help is unnecessary. His belief? “You can do it without anybody.”
